Purpose: Evaluates how vision is used in real-world tasks for distance, intermediate and near

Includes:
*Visual acuity
*Visual field assessment
*Mobility and orientation screening
*Lighting and environmental assessment
*Contrast sensitivity testing
*Glare testing

Goals are established and prioritized based on patients immediate needs

Treatment plan established
In depth discussion with patient and support people to make sure common understanding is accomplished and questions answered.
