Since September 2024, Dr. Williams has been exclusively providing care as a low vision specialist with Low Vision Specialists, where she focuses on helping individuals with significant vision impairments optimize their remaining vision and regain confidence in daily activities. Her expertise includes detailed evaluations and assessments and customized rehabilitation plans for patients with conditions such as macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, stargardts disease, corneal dystrophies and degeneration, RP, visual impairment secondary to strokes, and other sight-limiting disorders.
Dr. Williams earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 1993 and has remained committed to advancing her clinical skills and staying current with innovations in optometric and low vision care. Her compassionate approach and dedication to patient-centered care have made her a trusted provider in the communities she serves.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Williams enjoys traveling, staying active through ballroom dancing and hot yoga, and maintaining a balanced lifestyle that supports her well-being and her ability to deliver exceptional patient care.
